Down, Up, Down Up, and Down and Up. Actually it took more work to go up then to go down. LOL.

Ok, I have decided that I really need to get out more and walk and the Dr. wants me to walk up and down stairs. So about three blocks from the house is a set of stairs that I can hike up and down on. So over I walked and I went down and up three times. It wasn't too bad. I even got to practice alternating legs as I went down. I have had a phobic fear of going down stairs alternating feet because I have fallen down my daughter's stairs a few months after my surgery. So Stairs have intimidated me. I decided it was time to get over that and practice up and down.

I have that same fear, but I've never fallen down steps, just precautious I guess... What helps me is counting. So I count the steps as I go down and I have no idea how it helps, but it does.
